From March 29, every Monday at 12.15 -13.00, the conversation group lead by Tõnu Lehtsaar, UT chaplain, will take place in the Zoom environment. Each round discusses a specific topic. The discussion begins with a brief overview of the topic and is followed by a discussion in which everyone is invited to take an active part. The purpose of the discussion group is to offer new knowledge as well as to learn from each other's experiences in dealing with various problems. The topic of the first round of discussions on March 29 was SOLIDITY. All interested UT employees are welcome.

A participation link to the discussion groups and an explanation with which concerns or problems one should visit the advisor-chaplain privately are found in UT intranet

Tõnu Lehtsaar, the adviser-chaplain and a professor of religious psychology, was the Deputy Rector in 2018 when the University of Tartu renewed the collective agreement with its academic union. See more here.
