Heiki Lill, a junior researcher at EMÜ and the chairman of the union of EMÜ, encourages the lecturers to show their dissatisfaction with the situation and underfunding, while he writes in the Eesti Päevaleht (07.10.2021):

And you can do it in two ways: either by joining a union and showing together with your colleagues that there is strength in unity, or by changing a job.

Throughout my life, I have realized that if a person does not value himself and does not respect himself, then others do not value him either. Why should a lecturer be an exception? Value yourself!
