The quality management system will be introduced in the University of Tartu. Also, analyses and discussions held have pointed to the need to address the questions concerning the quality of leadership.

Maiki Udam has been employed for the newly created position of quality advisor. What the UT aim through that new position is to support the university structure which enhances the quality and common goals.
