The Academic Unions, the Federation of Estonian Student Unions (EÜL) and Eesti Teaduskoda compiled a draft for the amendment to the law to fix the public funding of 1.5% of GDP for the higher education and 1% for science in the legislation. Also, the tri-part negotiations between the government, employers (universities) and employees is asked to be implemented in the legislation.
